Girevoy Sport (also known as Kettlebell Sport) is a competitive form of kettlebell lifting that originated in Russia. It focuses on performing a high number of repetitions of specific kettlebell movements within a set time — usually 10 minutes — using efficient technique and endurance.
The three main lifts in Girevoy Sport are:

Getting started is simple and personalized to you. First, we begin with an intake form and a consultation to get a clear picture of your goals, lifestyle, and training background. From there, we go over the contract and get you set up on the KB Lab App, where you'll access your custom workouts and track your progress.
Your workouts are delivered weekly and tailored to your needs. You’ll have access to 24-hour messaging with me for support, feedback, or questions. Each week, we’ll connect on a check-in call to review your progress, make any adjustments, and keep you moving forward.
