Movement has always been a part of my life. Growing up, sports and staying active weren’t just hobbies, they were tools that helped me stay connected to myself. Through hard times, physical activity gave me a space to process, release, and feel strong again. It still does.
My foundation comes from basketball, strength training, and martial arts. These taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of showing up for myself.
Now, I help others find what movement means for them. Being active doesn’t have to look one way. I work to create an environment where people feel safe, supported, and challenged. My goal is to help individuals connect with their bodies, appreciate what they’re capable of, and move in ways that support their life and goals.
It’s not about changing your body to fit an ideal. It’s about learning to work with your body, respect it, and grow with it.
